So we started feeding and treating her with Ivermectin. Her recovery is remarkable. The mange is almost gone, and her tail will be bushy once again soon.
It’s a such great feeling to help and befriend a wild animal. Especially one of the most potent symbols of the British Isles, The Red Fox.

Hack of the Week
This week's life hack is about productivity. Some people love that topic. Some people hate it. But if there's one thing we can't buy more of, no matter how rich we are, it's time. The clock is ticking, and it has a definite end. So, in my view, making the most of the time we have is essential.
No matter what work we're in, we have to prioritise and manage tasks. But the breakthrough for me was not to-do lists but a concept called timeblocking, which is similar to a school timetable.
With timeblocking, you can forget those endless to-do lists; they're like a never-ending trip to nowhere. With timeblocking, you get yourself some structure, some discipline, and some focus! It's like taking the wheel of your life and steering it in the right direction.
You see, those to-do lists, they're all over the place, scattered like confetti at a lousy party. But timeblocking is like a laser beam of productivity! You allocate specific chunks of time in your calendar to each task, and BAM, you're locked in, no distractions, no procrastination. You know exactly what you've gotta do and when you've gotta do it.
And let me tell ya; it's a total fallacy that being good at multitasking is a talent. It's not. It's a big fat mess. Time blocking lets you dive deep into one thing at a time, and that's how you achieve greatness. Just look at me! 🙂
Timeblocking allows you to stay in the zone and keep that flow going; before you know it, you've crushed your goals like a boss.
But it's not just about work. Timeblocking gives you the freedom to pencil in some quality time for yourself, your loved ones, and those little things that bring you joy. It's like the ultimate recipe for work-life balance, and that's what life's all about, isn't it?
